Simple DIY - Bathbombs

I love this DIY as there are no expensive ingredients and you are most likely to already have these ingredients at the back of the cupboard. They look great for cute little gifts and once you get the hang of it they are quite easy to make.

*Bicarbonate of soda (baking soda)
*Lemon juice
*Food colouring (optional)
*Extract (I used vanilla)
*flower petals (optional)

*Sillicon ice cube tray or a small container (used a moulds)
*Table spoon

Step one
Line the bottom of the ice cube tray with flower petals if you want to use them. I got the flower petals straight from my garden which is ok as long as you walk them first. You don't have to use flower petals I just think they look reall cute when dissolved.

Step two
Mix together 6-10 teaspoons of bicarbonate if soda, a few drops of food colouring and a few drops of your chosen extract in the bowl. Then add the lemon juice. For every teaspoon of bicarbonate of soda add a drop of lemon juice. If there is too much lemon juice add extra bicarbonate of soda to make the solution thicker. Only add small amounts of lemon juice at one time because if it reacts to quickly with the other ingredients the bath bomb will sink and not dissolve.

Step three
Fill each individual mould with the solution

Step four
Leave in a cool dry place to set for a hour to two hours

The first lot I made did not come out of the mould correctly. If this happens don't throw them away as they will still work. You can either remould them using your hands or just crumble up the bath bomb to create more of a bath salt.

Let me know how these turn out

Primark and F&F holiday haul!!!

ISo I'm going on a cruise around the Canary Islands in August and I had literally nothing to wear so I tried to find cheap and cheerful items of clothing that would look lovely on the ship.

I couldn't show all the items so I'm just going to show a few if my favourites in detail.

I absoutly love this strapless tie dye playsuit at only £5 from F&F at Tescos you can't really go wrong.
I couldn't resist this Harry Potter Tshirt from primark which was only £6.
So I've never ever brought a maxi dress but I really love this one from F&F and I think it looks absolutely gorgeous and it was only £10.
I brought these linen shorts from primark and they are quite long for shorts which will be great in holiday because the tops of my legs won't be burnt and they were so affordable at £7.

So on Friday 13th June 2014 I left secondary school!! Even though I am super happy to through away the disgusting uniform and get away from there, I am going to miss all of my friends and I actually have some good memories in that place!! I will probably hardly ever any of my friends that are going to different colleges but I would like to thank each and everyone of the, so much for making me laugh and enjoy school in some ways. Next year I'll be moving on to a sixth form college which is actually really scary because as this point I have no idea where I want to go out of my three choices and change actually scares me :-(...

On a plus side though I have finished my exams which means I will be bake to update my blog more regularly which is what I love doing.

This was just a little update on what was happening and why I wasn't updating...

My experiences...Where We Are Tour

So on June 7th 2014 I took a little trip with two of my friends to Wembley to see One Direction. I went last year to the take me home tour but I'd never been it a stadium before or a concert this big so I was excited!!!

So I thought that our tickets wouldn't have the best veiw as it was a stadium but it was actually really good!!! We could see everything really clearly and I thought this was their best tour yet!!
5 Sconds Of Summer were so good and defiantly got people excited for the main act (even if we were the only ones standing in our section). I can't wait for their debut album which come out late this month... From what I heard its gonna be super amazing!

After 5sos it was time for one direction... It was so much better than last year. There were fireworks, brilliant animations and the biggest stage I have ever seen!!! My top three songs were Better than words, little white lies and of course best song ever. I was so glad I went even if I did lose my voice completely during one thing (typical me). It was by far the best concert I've ever been to!!

Thanks for reading... Let me know what your favourite concert you've ever been to was and as always don't forget to follow me on bloglovin...

Lots of love,
