2015 has definatly been an .... Interesting year to say the least. It's the year my dreams were crushed by a bit of paper, had my life torn into a million pieces and had my life glued back together again multiple times. It doesn't feel like I'm less than four hours away from 2015 (but to me it still semester like 2011 was yesterday) but I'm actually quite glad this year is finally over. It's not been the best year of my life and next year can't get any worse. I mean I have had some amazing ups, I pave ,are the most amazing friends, got off my ass and got a job, and (most importantly) got front row at a Taylor Swift concert. But I feel the thing that's suffered this year is my blog. For the first year of its life I felt like it was my place to do whatever I wanted without any sort of judgement and now it's gone very down hill. Lots of my friends have found out about (more than intended) and I'm very conscious of the fact they're probably reading this. I'm also not feeling the motivation of it as much as I wasthis time last year. I've out so much time, money and effort into this seemly small space in the Internet but I'm just thinking that maybe it's past it's best. I am going to to carry in my blog so don't panic but I don't want to try so hard it seems fake. I'm not sure that makes sense but I want to show a part of me on this blog I can't show anyone else. And if I focus in uploading content constant rather than focusing on fewer blogposts but with content I love it will just blend in with everyother blog out there which is not what I want. Maybe the new year will bring a new lease of life to me and this little b,of that I'm so proud of. I now have over 400 followers for something that I didn't plan and created because it looked fun in an ICT lesson and I was bored at home. Even if the motivation isn't there I'm proud of how far my blog has come this year and I wanna do it justice.

Hopefully I'll have a 2015 in picture for you soon (or something along those lines) so keep an eye out for it.

What are you guys doing to celebrate the new year? I'm having a cosy night in with my mum and pizza.

HEYYYYY GUYS! I was planning on doing blogmas but unfortunately I've had the flu for the past few days and haven't gotten round to doing a blogpost because I've been in bed mainly feeling sorry for myself. So you have my apologies for that. So for me, personally, quite a lot has happened this year. A few mistakes were made and I have tried my best to learn from them. So seeing as this year is nearly up I thought I'd share what I've learnt to put these mistakes behind me and move on.

1. Its's OK to fail. Now I failed to of my AS subjects which really upset me at first but then I realised it was for the best because I really hated those subjects and I LOVE what I'm doing this year which is the best thing that could of happened.

2. You don't have to do everything by yourself. I was having problem at college at decided I could deal with it by myself which was not the smartest thing because it would of been so much better if I'd had people around me who knew what to do.

3. THINK BEFORE YOU SPEND! There have been so many things that I've brought which I really did not need. I mean I brought like £10 worth of stickers of Amazon. Stickers. Really Georgie?!?! I think when I checked my bank balance I learnt the hard way.

4. Life's too short to fight. All of my friends are leaving to go to uni next year so I've thought I don't want to end this year fighting with any of them because the chances are I may not see any of them again.

5. Everything has consequences. I think I learnt the hard way this year that I really need to think about the outcomes of all my choices.

So what have you guys learnt this year? Let me know in the comments below.

It seems weird that in just over 20 days 2015 will be over and we'll be saying hello 2016. So this got me thinking about what I've enjoyed the most this year which was actually quite difficult. I had one, maybe two, for definite but apart from that ... Mind blank. It was more difficult than I thought but I managed to come up with a top three!!!!

3. Going to London ComiCon. Yes, I'm well aware of how nerdy this sounds but it was amazing. I spent a huge amount if money on comic books and brought so much art work! It was amazing.

2. Turing 18. This is defiantly one of those days I will never forget! I had such an amzing time with friends and family so I defiantly won't be forgetting it anytime soon.

1. 1989 World Tour London. OMG this had to be one of the best days of my life. £75 and over 10 hours later we were pretty much at the front of Hyde Park which was amazing. I can't wait for Taylor to return to the UK for another tour! Eek!!

So this was the top three things of this year. I was also thinking about seeing One Direction and the Jingle Bell Ball as well as a few others but I think seeing Taylor Swift is wayyyyy better.

What are the top things you e done this year? Let me know in the comments.

Hey guys! I'm sorry for no blogpost yesterday but I was in London at the Jingle Bell Ball which was amazing!!!!! So recently I came across a website called Nail Polish Direct which sells nail polish from all sorts of brands cheaper than they are in stores like Boots and Superdrug. They selle everything from nail art tools to fake nails to nail wraps at a better price than on the high street. Personally, I love this website as I can get decent, long lasting nail polish on a budget.  So I thought I'd share the top five things I picked out from the store.

What do you guys think of my Wishlist? Let me know in the comments below.

Hey guys! So I got his for my birthday from my parents and I thought that it would make a cute little present as it has smaller versions of Benefits most popular perfumes. I think the packaging is absoltley adorable and the bottles are so cute and the labels defiantly stand out. So the first perfume is the Graden of Good & Eva which is the green bottle. This is defiantly the sweetest of the three small inquire fruity and floral. This is defiantly the most girly and is perfect to wear everyday at school and college. the nest one is Laugh with Me Lee Lee which it the baby blue bottle. This one is the most floral. It's quite a string floral scent which could b worn during the day or if you're going out for an evening (it says in the bottle 'flirty' but I don't really know how a perfume can be flirty). The next one is my favourite shich is My Place Or Yours Gina which is the beautiful black bottle. I think the bottle is is the most beautiful and eye catching than the others, I mean I love the gold detailing. I think the smell is a lot stronger than the others so you need less of it and it's also quite floral, I think is is meant for nights out but I love it so much I wear it everyday!

What's your favourite perfume set? Let me know in the comments below.

TOP 5 FILMS 2016

Now let's get one thing straight, I love action and science fiction films. And next year is defiantly the year for superheroes and action films. I mean, dad and I have planned what films we're seeing and when. So I thought I'd share the five that I'm most excited for.

5. Doctor Strange
4. Gods of Egypt
3. Bat man vs Superman: Dawn of Justice
2. Captain America: Civil War
1. Suicide Squad

What films are you guys looking forward to next year? Let me know in the comments below.

So this post is a little bit different to anything I've ever done before. Do I have little inspiration today and am running out of ideas? Yes, but this doesn't make this post less important to me. Ever since I was little my parents have always taught me to respect everyone and, in my opinion, I've always done that. To my friends I can be a bit jokey but that doesn't man I have no respect for them as a person. Even when I've fallen out with someone I make sure I talk to them after and explain myself. I think people see me as someone who just doesn't care but that's not the case. In fact I probably care too much. I think everyone should be brought up this way because that's how hate and conflict is started because we forget that we are the same.

What quotes do you live by, let me know in the comments,

Hey guys! I'm back and I'm doing a whole month of daily blogging for blogmas .... I know how exciting! so I thought I'd start of this month by saying .... I'm just not feeling Christmas yet. I know I know it's December 1st and we're all supposed to be putting up our Christmas trees but it just doesn't feel like Christmas. I mean in England the weather is cold, wet and just grey. I also find it really sad that when I get home from college at 4:30 its basically pitch black. Also my brother "borrowed" my waterproof so I having to make do with a hoodie and a leather jacket. I know, I have a wonderful brother.... NOT! Don't even get me started on the effect it's having on my bank balance. Mum and I brought dad a Kindle Fire and all the accessories which were quite expensive for an 18 year old girl who works at a particular sandwich shop. I feel like I also have to meet that with mum which is gonna mean double shifts over the Christmas period! Yay. I wanted to just hurt a few people that were wearing Christmas jumpers because to me, it's not Christmas until like the 15th of December. At the earliest. I really hate shops for having Christmas decoration available in October, just way would you do that. Maybe I just feel this way because my dad is the ultimate scrooge. Or maybe I'm just not feeling it this year. Who knows.

Are you guys excited about Christmas? Let me know in the comments.

Hey guys! Now, this may seem like a really weird title but I get asked this question all the time. As soon as someone asks what my plans are for the future and I tell them "well I'm going to study environmental science" they sort of look at me like it's not a real subject or its a degree for hippies. OK, first thing, yes environmental science is a real degree and its not just for hippies. It's also nothing like biology, its a completely different subject. So for those of you who don't know, environmental science is the study of the living planet and the organisms that live here. It also covers topics such as conservation of biodiversity, climate change and using renewable resources. There is also a businesses side to environmental science called environmental management which is advising councils and property developers on how to have the east impact on the environment. You can actually do so much with this subject which I find amazing. I'm really interested in the conservation side of this subject but I'm also really interested in climate change and how we can reduce the effects. So my plans are to do my undergraduate in Environmental Science and then do a masters in Wildlife and Conservation. To be honest, I'm not really 100% sure what I would do after that but I love the idea of conservation which is better than where I was last year. I was thinking of also doing a year in industry which will give me a better underatnsding with what I can do. So, I personally feel like this subject give me lots of opptunites and get into the field of work that I'm really interested in. I feel like I've go over the top with this but you won't believe the weird look I get from people when I tell them what I'm doing. Form now on I'm just going to direct people to this post so I don't have to repeat myself.

Hey guys I, back with another review! Now I was given this lipstick for my birthday and it's quickly becoming one of my favouites. Now first off can we give my friend a round of applause for choosing the right colour for me... I'm so proud. I mean how gorgeous is this colour? It's called "Blakes Pure Red" which pretty much sums it up. I mean it's such a lovely bright red which is perfect for autumn and just perfect in general. This lipstick is also matte and I don't really get on with matte lipsticks because I think they feel weird on your lips and sometimes don't look great but I love this one. It looks lovely and it doesn't feel like a mate lipstick (if that makes sense). I mean most matte lipsticks feel like they're drying and cracking in your lips which is defiantly not the case for this one. The other thing in super impressed with is its staying power. I can put this lipstick on at 8 in the ,opening and it will last me all the day, through lunch and will still be on at 4 when I get home WITHOUT REAPPLYING! I mean it's absolutely amazing and really impressive. It's really useful if you have college like me or work or you're going out for the day and don't want to have to be constantly checking your lipstick. I mean we've all been there and it's the most annoying thing just having an outline of red around your lips! In case you couldn't tell I'm struggling to find fault with this lipstick. I really want to try more from this range and I'm excited to see what colours they have available.

Have you ever tried this collection? If so let me know what you think in the comments.

So as of a about a week ago, I'm officially and adult (I know scary). To be honest I was a bit scared. I thought because I turned 18 my childhood would be instantly over and that was it for me. I mean I'm one of the first in our group to turn 18 (which means my age will be abused by most people) so I expected that everyone thought I'd be so much more mature because I was an 'adult' but the truth is that I don't feel any different. Actually I feel like have so much more freedom to do whatever I want because everyone treats me like and adult. I know that sounds weird but I feel that be have everyone treats me like a grown up I have more freedom (except for stupid people at college). I think that sounds pretty stupid so I'm just going to get on with what I did and some of my beauty related gifts.

So to start off the day I got two Benefit make up sets from my parents. I got the 'Life of the Party' set and a cute little perfume set as well. I chose the life of the party because I was really excited to try the mascara and the benetint as I've heard so many good reviews about these products and I also loved the eye shadow colours especially 'Nude Swings' which is a sparkley copper shade. I've never owned any benefit products so I LOVED this set. I was so impressed by the mascara as it defiantly lives up to everyone's expectations. The one item that really impressed me was the Porefessional. This is the best primer I've ever owned as you're foundation stays on all day which I love. The perfume set I love aswell. My favourite is 'Your place or my pace Gina'. I'm rubbish at describing perfume but it's really string and I think is better for a jig out but I wear it during the day. Another product I really loved, which I also got on my birthday, which was the L'oreal Blake collection in this beautiful bright red. I'm in love with this lipstick. It lasts all day (not exaggerating) even when I've eaten lunch and had it on the whole day through college and it's still on when I get home. I really want another one.

So I did several things during the day. Two of my closest friends and my family went to a nice hotel and had a sort of afternoon tea. I mean I love cake and there was so much cake there so I was happy! It as a really lovely lunch with macaroons, scones, cupcakes, brownies, carrot cake, croissants and of course my hungry caterpillar cake as well as more cake and cute little sandwiches, crips and unlimited tea and coffe. It was lovely! Then in the evening, I think about 12 of my friends came over and we ordered pizza, ate really unhealthy food, played music and played just dance.... Yeah not my finest moment! Also can we just appreciate my cute pug cake! My dad won serious dad point for that one.

So that's what I did for my birthday this year! Let me know what you guys did/have planned for your birthday in the comments below.

Honestly I cant think of anything more annoying than getting into a really good, gripping TV show to find out that its been cancelled. I recently got into a show which had a really interesting plot, had really lovable characters as well as relating to real life issues. It was a wonderful programme that I binge watched for about five days only to find out that there's no season two! What is it with American TV companies and deciding to cancel half of the good TV shows out there? I swear if anyone even thinks about cancelling Game Of Thrones or Arrow I will seriously hurt someone!! So I thought to vent my frustration towards American TV companies, I'd share some of my favourite TV shows that have been cancelled. (YESSS Top Five is backkk)

5. The Tomorrow People - I think this was on Netflix at some point so I started to watch it. Obviously it being science fiction made me want to watch it even more so I decided to give it ago and I really enjoyed. It was really full of drama and excitement and I was excited for season two only to find out it had been cancelled. I swear it should be illegal for Netflix to show TV programmes that have been cancelled.

4. Terra Nova - My family and I LOVED this show. Its set kind of in the future where the worlds overpopulated and dying so they send people back in time (or to some sort of parallel universe) where they build a society and have to fight dinosaurs. It had an amazing cliff-hanger at the end of season one which will forever remain a mystery.

3. Red Band Society - This was the show I was talking about at the introduction!! Its such a cute show set in a children's ward at a LA hospital. Two of the kids have cancer, one has cystic fibrosis, one needs a heart transplant and another has anorexia. Its narrated from a Charlie's perspective (he's in a coma). I know its sounds really morbid and depressing but its actually really uplifting even though it does show how horrible these diseases are. Seriously, because of this show as soon as I turn 18 I'm becoming an organ donor. That's how great it was.

2. Starcrossed - Okay, this is defiantly more of girly show. It starts with this alien race landing on earth because their planet has been destroyed. They live on earth in a small area that is just a terrible place to live mainly because we want to get rid of them. So as part of a plan to integrate them into society, five of them go to a normal high school. Alien boy meets human girl blah blah blah. Its a really lovely TV show which ended on such a cliff-hanger!!! We will never know if they stay together. Or if we get invaded by the alien race. So many questions CW!!

1. Rookie Blue - It actually makes me so sad to add this to my list. This was hands down my second favourite TV show (after GoT duh). Its set in police station in Canada around these Rookies and there training officers. I love this show because even though you do get to follow the cases that they're involved in, the show focuses more on their personal lives and their friendships and relationships with the other officer. I mean the ending of the last season did answer most of our question and leave it in a good place. I mean I'm so happy Sam and Andy got married (OTP) and they found out who set off the bomb but there are still some questions I want answered. I mean does Gail adopt Sophie, what about Dov and Chloe and what happens to Tracey after she discovers Steve set off the bomb?? I mean if ABC would like to email the answers to my questions, I would be very grateful.

So these are my favourite TV shows that shouldn't have been cancelled. Let me know what TV show you'd love to bring back from the dead in the comments. I mean I do really want to know what happens in Star-crossed but its got to be Rookie Blue. I mean I didn't see that show being cancelled.

Hey guys! I'm back with another product review for you guys. Now, I found this in Tesco about a weeks ago because it was reduced and it was a really good price considering the brand. I was quite interested by this product mainly because you have to shake the bottle in order to mix the product before use which I thought looked quite cool, and I mean it was down to around £2 so you cant really grumble.
Now, I wear a lot of eye makeup and we all know that mascara is an absolute pain to remove especially combines with eyeliner and eye shadow so I was expecting to have to use quite a lot to remove all my makeup. I have to say that I was really surprised when all I needed was one cotton pad with a small amount of remover on it. Also the makeup almost glides off with little efforts which makes it perfect for removing makeup when I cant really be bothered. I mean we all have those days where we sleep in a full face of makeup. I also have really sensitive skin and I haven't had any sort of reaction to this (yet) which makes it the perfect hypoallergenic makeup remover. I mean this is so much cheaper than wipes as you're going to get so more uses out of it which makes it excellent value for money, even at the normal price. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for any sort of makeup remover.
What's your favourite makeup remover? Let me know in the comments.

Hey guys, I'm back with another beauty review for you. so as some of you already know, I LOVE a good bargain. so I went into boots he other day and saw that the Miss Sporty brand was 3 for £6.... I know an absolute bargain. I picked up about nine items over a week (oops) one of which was this My BFF lipstick (I know, I hate the name too) . I actually got two of these one is a dark ish neutral colour that I picked up by accident (I meant to pick up a red but I actually quite like the colour) and this dark plum colour. now I have to admit, I only owned one shade of lipstick before these two: red. I'm a red lipstick kind of girl but I've decided to step out of my lipstick zone.

Now the shade My Nice Plum is this beautiful glossy, purple colour which is perfect for autumn. I feel like autumn is the perfect time for dark lipsticks so this one is perfect. When I say "the perfect shade" I mean that this lipstick goes perfectly with all my autumn outfits, which is somewhat of a miracle. I think this lipstick is £2.99 so its a really great price and I think for such a pigmented colour you cant really complain. They also have amazing staying power. I mean id put this lipstick on at like 8-9 am and it would still be there at 12 after a snack or some lunch. obviously it doesn't stay all day, I mean if it did it would be double the price, so you do need to apply it after a few hours or a meal but I think that's still quite good considering Miss Sporty is a cheap brand in general (no hate for the brand, it was just an observation). This is going to sound weird but I also like the shape of the lipstick because the whole of the top is slanted instead of just a little section (if that makes sense) so its easy to apply. so basically I love how easy the lipstick is to apply. So overall I'm in love with this lipstick and this is what I would call perfect for autumn.

What's your favourite autumn lipstick? Let me know in the comments.

Collection Lasting Perfection Foundation Review

Hey guys, I feel like I've been doing a lot of beauty reviews recently but because I have more money to spend (yay, job!!) I can buy more stuff I don't came across this when I was in Tescos and it was on offer at £3.99 which I thought was a decent price. It was also very confident because I lost my other foundation so I was pretty desperate. I haven't heard anything about this foundation but I've heard amazing things about the Lasting Perfection Concealer so I had a few expectations for this product so I was so excited to try it!

So me having my natural vampire skin tone, I of course went for the palest colour. I think it was called porcelain ... It was number 1 anyway. So anyway, I'm actually really impressed with this foundation. It was the perfect shade for my skinn tone and was really easy to apply and it also work really well with the darker colours in my contour pallete as it is really blendable. It also lives up to its name because it's actually really long lasting and with the right powder can last all day. I haven't worn it for 16 hours like it says on the packaging, but I imagine it could last that amount of time so it would be perfect for a night out. One thing that learnt is you don't need a lot of foundation to cover your whole face. I feel like if you use to much it might become a but cakey. The coverage is pretty full so the small ish amount does cover redness and pores quite well. If you get a chance to pick it up please do!!! I highly reccomend it.

Have you ever tried this foundation? Or do you have another drugstore foundations you'd reccomend?

Born Pretty Brushes Review

Hello my lovelies how are we all doing today? As promised here is my last item sent to me from the lovely site BornPretty which came in a set with my beautiful contour palette. I have to say I'm actually quite impressed with these brushes, especially the smaller foundation/concealer brushes which I use with my contour palette as its really easy to apply especially around the cheek bones. I've also had the brushes inn the past where the bristles have fallen out ,especially concealer brushes, and have had chunks missing which means they don't really work any more. I've been using these brushes for about two weeks and I haven't had any problems. I have to say the only one I haven't used is the eyelash comb because I don't have any need for it. I use the fluffy brush for apply highlighter to my cheekbones which works perfectly. The small eyeliner brush works really well as well but I mainly use it for applying eye shadow under my eyes. The main thing that I like about these brushes is that the bristles don't separate. I know this sounds really weird but does anyone else find that (mainly on concealer and eye shadow brushes) that brush separates, mainly with liquid or cream products? maybe it's just me buying crap brushes. I'm not gonna lie, I was expecting these brushes to be awful but I was pleasantly surprised. I think I'm going to have to buy some more brushes from here on payday. I have my eye on some pink ombre ones for under £10 which is amazing value.

Born Pretty Double Coloured Lipstick Review

(Last photo from
If you read my last blogpost (click here) you will know I was sent a package from the website BornPretty. One of the first things that caught my eye was this Double Coloured Lipstick. I thought it was such a cute idea and ... I mean its almost worth buying just for the Instagram photo. plus at $1.99 (£1.30) which is an amazing price for such a cute adorable lipstick.
I chose number 4 which is the pink and gold one. In the picture from the website it looks more pink and orange but I actually prefer the gold colour because it gives a nice sparkle to the product which looks amazing. The two colours mix together to create a sparkly pink colour, almost rose gold which is one of my favourite colours. The actual product its self feels more like a lip balm as its quite glossy and moisturising. I think its more like the Baby Lips products than an actual lipstick  which gives it a more sheer and subtle look. However if you want a brighter colour the lipstick layers quite well on top of each other which creates a nice bubble gum pink. Overall this a really nice, cute affordable lip product which I seriously recommend you try if you want a cheaper version of Baby Lips to try. Use the coupon code MGRH10 for 10% off your order.

Born Pretty Contour Palette

Hey guys, as promised, I'm back with another review from me. So I received a package from the website  BornPretty (click here) . Now I have to say I'm not familiar with this brand but so far ... I'm super impressed. The item I was most excited to try was the mini contour palette (with and included brush set) which cost under 10$ (under £6.50) which is an absolute bargain.

The first thing that I love about this palette is how easy the colours are to blend even if you don't have a beauty blender. This makes life so much easier when trying to get your contour on plus .... It always looks on point. The smaller concealer style brushes that come with palette are perfect for creates great small lines and making everything look perfect.

Secondly there's an amazing range of colours which means you can go from casual fave makeup to Kim K contouring the oath one palette. The darkest brown works if you a really dark contour and looks pretty sharp and impressive. Also there's a cream blush, a green, a yellow and a highlighter. The green works really well on under eye circles as it cover them but also brighten the eye area. I'm super impressed with the rename of colours.

Also the palette is also quite hypoallergenic. Because I have seriously sensitive skin I normally try foundation on I store before I by them. And I've been using this product for about three or four days and I've not had any skin problem, itching or redness where I've put this product. So if your worried about it upsetting your skin, don't be. It's seems to be agreeing with my skin and I'm allergic to other makeup brands... Which may or may not have left me face all puffy like a chipmunk.

Okay, can we just talk about the price for a second. I mean for a pretty decent contour palette you're not goi to get a better price. Let's be honest. I would highly reccomned it to anyone but espcially if you haven't ever owned a contour palette before, like myself, and want one that is really easy to blend, apply and quite easy to remove as well in case ... It goes a bit wrong. Seriously this palette would make an excellent addition to anyone's collection plus you get and included brush set aswell (wait for a review on those).

Also if you guys want to purchase any of the items for this glorious website than use the code MGRH10 to get 10% off. This glorious site has everything from cute phone cases to nail stencils and polish to jewellery, brushes and lipstick. Seriously check them out if your into all things cute and girly.

What I Did This Summer

So before summer officially started I posted a "summer checklist". This was where I set myself ten things I wanted to do this summer. I did some really awesome things ... But I spent the last few weeks working a lot to affor a laptop or save enough to go to America next year with college.... Which is going to be the best part of £2000 ... Help!!! So needless to say I spent most of mutineers working a crappy job to earn not a huge a,out of cash *sigh*. I also did some wonderful things. Meet up with some friends ... ,managed to get to the front at a TAYLOR SWIFT CONCERT!!! (I actually still can't believe that happened). So it's time to review my checklist and see what I did. A Fresh Start

Okay so before we start this blogpost I feel like we should clear up a few things. One: no, I'm not giving up blogging/starting a new blog. This blog is my baby and my little space on the internet so in now way will I be deleting my baby in the foreseeable future. Two: i know it's been the best part of three weeks since I've blogged but I do have some reasonable excuses. I've ahead a bad experience with blogging/other websites and I just felt like I wanted to distended myself from it to make sure I didn't mess up again. Also starting college has been stressful and I've been working double shifts to try and buy a new laptop ... Not the best excuses but .. Hey I'm back!!! Three: to make up for number two October is going to be DAILY BLOGGING MONTH to celebrate my 18th and as an apology. And just as a bit of a warning this isn't my normal beauty post ... It's more of a lifestyle post so if that's not your thing ... I'll have a "normal" post in the next few days.

So as some of you may know I'm officially a sc one year at college. Now most of my friends are thinking about university next year and preparing do their A2's while I'm restarting my year again with new subjects and that means ... First years. Don't get me wrong I know I was a first year once but I've gone through this whole introduction phase and it's boring me having to go through it again. And there's the added 'sinking feeling in the bottom of my stomach' when I think about the fact that I am the only person who failed in my friendship group and is completely restarting. It's sucks .... I'm not gonna lie. I feel like I can't be part of my friendship group anymore because of the fact that ... They're all leaving me.

However, after that morbidly depressing part there are several benefits. I hated maths. I've never been quiet about it and I've never really been good at it. If you don't like maths and aren't super great win numbers don't do it. Please save yourself the trouble and take something else. After Christmas it gets really hard and I wish I was exaggerating. Anyway, I've chosen subjects that I love and have a passion for and I've finally figured out what I want to do at university... After all of last year of crying about the instability of my future I have found out want I want to do. It also find myself listening in lessons. I hardly remember what my teachers were talking about last year because I'd fade out and just daydream/be in my phone. Please if you find yourself doing this in you're first few weeks CHANGE COURSES. I feel like this huge weight has been lifted of my shoulder because I love what I'm doing. I actually feel sorry for someone my friends who hate their lessons. I know so many people that can't be bothered to go to their lessons or make excuses ... And I'm actually excited. I'm well aware of how cheesy that sounds and I'm cringing writing it. But it's kinds the truth. Please don't make my mistakes and TAKE SUBJECTS YOU ENJOY!! If you need to take subjects for uni but you don't like them than that course isn't for you. Please if you take anything from this blog take this one piece of advice.

What subject do you do at A Level? Let me know in the comments below.

KIKO EyeShadow Review

So recently and friend and I went on a day trip to Brighton. I'd never been to Brighton before and I thought it was an amazing place.i could of spent forever shopping in the lanes and walking along the beach and pier. One of the shops of visited was this makeup shop Kiko in the shopping centre. The main reason I went in was because they had a sale so I picked up these two eye shadows for £1.90 each (they were normally around £3). I chose a brown shade (133) and a rose gold shade (137) mainly because I love neural colours and that brown is gorgeous and I mean who doesn't love rose gold? Am I right?

I know I can't review a whole brand on two products but img quite impressed with the eyeshadow. First of all it's very pigmented and I love the chuncks of glitter so you do need to cover your eyelids in them as a little goes a long way. Also these eye shadows are very easy to blend meaning that they work really well when creating a smoky eye. I have to say I absolutely love the coppery rose gold colour. It's so different to everything I have and the sparkle in the actually product gives makes it look even better. I'm so impressed with these products it gives me a reason to go back to Brighton and buy more! Aha.

Have you tied this brand or seen anything similar? Let me know in the comments.

NYC Expert Last Lipstick Review

Let's just take a moment to mourn the NYC counter that has closed down at my local pharmacy. But in the plus sid ether were selling every single item from that counter was down to £1 which meant that brought this lipstick. I chose this over my normal bright red because I thought it was really different because of the maroon colour which looks amazing.

So far I've been really loving this lipstick and I defiantly want more from this range. I have to stay I'm really impressed with its staying ability considering it's not matte and I love the colour. It looks a bit purple in the picture but when you layer it it come out a maroon/ mauve colour which I feel will look absolutely gorgeous in the autumn. It's also really moisturising which is quite surprising becauseyou normally either get long stay or moisture so I'm quite surprised considering it a pretty non expensive brand.

What's your favourite low cost lipstick? Let me know in the comments.

Teen Choice Awards Fashion

I actually can't believe it's been nearly a week since I've posted ... Whoops! So the other day were the teen choice awards and I have to say I was impressed with the fashion. There was defiantly a mixture of different styles that looked amazing. I feel like these awards are more relaxed then some of the other award shows which means that there's a wider variety of outfits ... Not just fancy dresses. So here are my favourite outfits from the teen choice awards.

So first of is Victoria Justice and this gorgeous  green dress. I think this dress is absolutely GORGEOUS. I think this colour looks amazing on her and the style of dress shows of her amazing figure. I love the fringing as it adds detail and catches the eye with out be too much ... If that makes sense.

Next we have Shay Mitchell. I mean she looks amazing in everything she wears but this is particularly stunning. I love the black detailing on this blazer and let's be honest she look like a model in this. I love the black detailing and the way she's styles it with the belt. I mean I could never pull something like this off but she defiantly has.

Next is Lea Michele. I love her and this I love this dress. It's so cute and she looks fabulous in it. This sort of style is something I love and can defiantly see myself wearing. I think she pulls it off and looks brilliant.

I had to talk about Lucy Hale. Is it just me or is this dress something Aria would 100% wear? I really love darker colours and patterns and I love the mesh. I mean... It's beautiful and she looks even more beautiful in it. I personally would of liked her hair styled a bit more ... Maybe down or something. I feel like this dress is amazing and it's styled beautifully and the hair lets it down a bit ... I don't know might just be me. But Lucy looks amazing in anything so I'm surprised she has one of my favouite outfits.

I mean and we couldn't not talk about Little Mix. These girls are so beautiful and talented. I mean trust them to start the show dressed as their nerdy character from the Black Magic music video. I mean their performance was amazing. And my favouite outfit of the night goes to Jesy for that killer little black dress but I mean come on ... They all look great.

So what was your favouite outfit from this years TCA's. Let me know in the comments.

I'm Happy I Failed???

Hey guys. For ode of us in England today was A-level results day and I did .... Badly. I got a D in biology and two U's in maths and chemistry. At first I was gutted. I was disappointed in myself because I tried really hard and gave it my everything. After about an hour of wondering what I did wrong I actually realised I was okay with it. I hated maths and I really struggled with chemistry so actually it was better than me get all D's because I would of carried on with subjects I didn't like and struggle with so I would of got bad grades and gone into clearing next year. My year has been interesting... I've had some problems at college with bullying and my dads been sick so I've been feeling the pressure. But really the reason I failed is because I was trying too hard with two subjects I don't have a passion or interest for. I want to do either biology or environmental science at university which doesn't need either maths or chemistry. This way I can start fresh, move colleges if I can and do subjects I enjoy. I was thinking on tasking environmental studies and either English literature or media studies. Something else completely different that I enjoy and did really well at GCSE. And this way I'll have something other than science on my CV. Yes I'll have to explain the two failures that I have but the passes that I will have will look a lot better. So am I upset that I failed. Yes of course I am. I put all this work in for what appears to be nothing. But at the same time I'm happy. Happy I now have a reason to drop subjects I hate and swap them for ones I know I'll enjoy. I could spend ages crying about subjects that I hate when I could be excited about trying subjects I enjoy.

How do you guys get on with your results? Let me know in the comments.

Planning My Future???

Before the start of the summer holidays, we had a bun of talk about UCAS and applying for university. Now most of my friends have everything sorted out. They know exactly  where they want to be in five years time and how they're going to get there. I've always thought it was ok to not know these things but it turns out I'm mistaken. I feel this huge pressure to chose my course and which uni life is risky I want to go to when in reality I'm more confused than ever. I've narrowed mopey course down to biology, environmental science or a combination of them both. But there still more thinking to be done. I then need to sort out all the uni open days and figure out which course is best where and how much this will all cost. If I hear one more word about this from anyone my head my explode.

I also feel like my college has given me little/no guidance or help. I think they expect me to know exactly what I want from life when the reality is I don't even know what I want for lunch. I have so many questions I want answered. How do I know this course is for me? How much experience do I need? How do I wrote a personal statement? But then again what do I expect from college. This is the college that told me to "it could be worse" when I was being bullied so I don't expect them to care in any way about my future. I feel like if someone sat down and bothered to talk to me about see big decisions then I might be able to think of something.

There's also the issue of how far away from home to study. We have an excellent uni right on our door step. I love the course and I love the place but I'm not sure I want to go there. I feel like if I study at home I won't ever leave. I hate the idea of growing up and loving in the same area without experiencing any independence or other places. I know studying at home is a better idea for saving money. Am I being stupid in saying that?

Are any of you going though this right now with uni? Or have you already been through this let me know in the comments.

Sorry about that, I'm having a meltdown about this.

July Favourites

So another month has ended which means it's time for me to share my monthly favourites with you guys. I haven't really been makeup shopping recently so there are only two beauty favourites which I've mentioned before so I'm sorry inability it that but I've been loving these product a lot recently. So the first of my two beauty favourites is the W7 Wild Lash mascara. This is one of my all time favourite mascara so. It makes my lashes look monger and thick and it was a really good price. I can't recommend this enough.
My second beauty favourite is the ecotools fluffy eye brush. This is one of my favourite brushes. I find it blends reall well and is super easy to use. I love the ecotools brushes and this one is my favourite.

I all have two jellery favourites. The first is my crescent moon Topshop chocked. As you know I LOVE Topshop jewellery and I saw this chocker in the sale for £2 and knew I haspd to get it. I love the pendants as they're super adorable, and looks amazing on. I've also been loving this pandora ring I got. It's a plain silver one with white detailing. I love it because it's so simple and looks good with everything. It's my first pandora ring and I love it.

So it's time for my music favourites. One of my top songs for this month has to be Drag Me Down by One Direction. This is possibly one of there best songs yet and has got me BUZZING for the next album and September 26th (my OTRA date). My other top song is Bad Blood by Taylor Swift. Taylor's swift is my all time favourite artiest and this has always been my favourite song from the album. I prefer the original version because I feel like the its Kendrick Lemaf featuring Taylor Swift not the other way around. But it's ddfinakty been playing a lot this month.

So these are my July favourites. Let me know what you've been loving in the comments below.

Vo5 Extra Body Mousse Reveiw

So one of the things in my summer bucket list (click here) was to change my hair. So it's gone from being down to my waist to just below my shoulders. I also plan to ombré or dip dye my hair as well which could be .... Interesting. So as my hair is a lot shorter I've began to notice that my hairs more flat with little volume, so I decided to get something that would help make my hair look less limp and lifeless. I found is in tescos at two for £4 and thought I'd give it ago. To apply it squirt some into your hands and massage into the roots of your hair. It says to use "from root to tip" but I don't see a huge amount of difference so I think it's a waste of product. So far I'm impressed with this product. I've noticed a lot amount of difference in the volume and texture of my hair. It doesn't add a huge amount of volume so your hair doesn't look like it's been teased like a birds nest. It adds just enough of volume so it's not flat and is easy to style. It stays in all day (providing here's not a huge amount of rain) and comes out when you brush your hair. I personally would of preferred this is a spray for as it's less messy and easier to apply but this is defiantly a close second.

What's your favourite volumising product? Let me know in the comments.

How To NOT Fail A Job Interview

Hey guys. I know it's been a while but guess what ... I got a job!!!! Seeing as I got hired and started THE NEXT DAY I thought I'd share some tips from past experiences and things I learnt from college and other places on how to not fail your job interview. I was going to call this "how to nail a job interview" but even if you do a job interview perfectly you still might not get the job. It could be your age avail lite or lack of experience. Don't worry if you don't get the job, just think of it as a experience to learn from. So here are my top five tips on not failing a job interview.

1. Don't be late. If your late to your interview, your interviewer is going to think you'll be late to work

2. Always bring a copy of your CV. Your interviewer probably hasn't gone to the trouble of prints out your CV or whatever so when they ask for it and you don't have one ... You're going to look underprepared.

3. Do your research. Your interviewer is going to ask you questions about the company your applying for so make sure you know what they sell and some background information. This will also help you think of questions they might ask you as well.

4. Ask your friends or family what your best/worst qualities are. You're probably not aware of what they are so its better to ask someone who knows you as this is a super common question.

5. Dress to impress. This isn't so social event so light makeup and smart clothing. The clothing will depend on what your applying for. If you're applying for retail then wear clothes from their shop or clothes that suit what they sell. If it's more food then wear plain black trousers and smart top and flats.

So these are my top five tips. Let me know if you agree or have any extra to add in the comments.
