Hey guys. So has you know about a year ago I had a major breakthrough and was finally happy with my A-Level choices and had chosen my ideal university course. I've sent off my uni application for Environmental Science and I've gotten offers from all five of my choices and I'm starting to have doubts. I've been thinking recently that maybe uni isn't for me. I'm really struggling at home and college at the moment and I think I want to leave my home so desperately that that's what attracting me to leave and go to uni rather than the course and the actual university life. I've gone the most difficult way to do my A-Levels to get the best grades for uni and I don't know what's come over me but at the moment I'm feeling like I really don't want to go. I don't know if it's just me being nervous or having a bit of an issue with my confidence but at the moment I really don't want to go. The issue I'm having is that I've spoken to my mum and my friends and they all respond in one of two way. Either no you don't you're being silly. Or well what are you going to do make sandwiches for the rest of your life. People are just so helpful when it comes to sorting out my car crash of a life. I honestly don't know what I would do. I could get an apprenticeship in something like veterinary nursing or lab technician. I mean let's be honest, no 19 year old has their life 100% sorted and that's won't change if I go to uni. I'm really struggling with environmental at college at the moment and it doesn't help that my friends made it a competition and is putting me down every time I don't get the greatest mark and to be honest it has affected my confidence within all of my subjects. I'm not saying one person is responsible for my change of heart but I think I'm sick of education and being compared with other students and being graded on how intelligent people think I am. I honestly don't think I can take three or four more years of that. I'm really excited to move out and finally get my independence and the only way I think I can do this is do go to uni but I don't feel it's worth the huge amount of debt and stress.

Are you at uni at the moment? Please let me know in the comments if you felt this way and if so go you overcame it.

Hey guys. So if you know me well then you know I spend most of my hard earned sandwhich making money on Jefrees brand because lipstick goals, am I right? So when beautybay stocked the skin frosts I knew I had to get one. They didn't sell Ice Cold so I settled for Peach Godess which is such a beautiful pinky peach colour that I think would look good on most skin tones. At a pretty pricey (for me anyway) £25.50 I hoped and prayed to all the gods that is was worth all the hype.

I know everyone says this, but the first thing I noticed was it was very pigmented and when I say a little goes a long way trust me it really does. Ifeel like this product is going to last a long time which to me makes the price a bit more reasonable. One of my makeup hates is u blended highlighter and it makes me so happy that this highlighter is a little but creamy making it so much easier to blend out so there's no harsh line of shimmer across my cheekbones. I also think there's such a good range of colours for different skin tones. Anyone else love seeing people being super creative with these highlighters on Instagram? Anyway, I'm a huge fan of this highlighter and wear it pretty much everyday and I literally get all of my friends complimenting me on how great my highlight is which makes it worth the price. My highlight is always on point.

So if you didn't understand that (I'm not sure I did either lol) I think it is worth the hype. It's very highly pigmented, easy to apply and blend out as well. I mean I expected nothing less from Jefree because he doesn't put anything out he doesn't love so I was very hopeful. I'm not sure I'm brave enough to wear black and blue highlighters but I've seen people rocking it unfortunate I'm gonna stick to more safe and neutral colours. Also I have my eye on the new shade Princess Cut, anyone else think that shade is beautiful?

Have you tried this highlighter or have a good dupe? I think some said the Sleek purple highlighter is a good dupe for Lavender Snow. Don't know if that's true or not but its worth a try. Also have you seen the Holiday collection swatch video because I'm in love with crocodile tears and designer blood.

Hey guys! I hope you enjoyed my last blogpost ... It was definalty a new one for me. So I wa thinking about some of my favourite blogposts I've done and I actually really enjoyed writing top five posts which I know sounds quite stupid because they're really simple. I was thinking how much my taste in music has changed and I've reached a point where I've accepted its weird and that I don't need to like chart music (Except for Taylor because she will always be my queen). I never know what to write in these intros so I'm just going to share my top five albums at this point in time and I hope I don't get judged. (Also please remember I'm 19 not 40).

5) Tango in the Night - FleetwoodMac. I'm actually a bit of a FleetwoodMac fan (thanks dad) and this is definalty my favourite album of theirs as it has my favourite track Seven Wonders. If you haven't heard it drop everything and listen to it it's such a great song and while you're at it get the album honestly you won't regret it.

4) Like a Prayer - Madonna. I mean it's Madonna I feel like that should be the only explanation. Although I I do feel a bit basic saying this is my favourite album but Cherish is my song. I mean we'll just pretend she didn't call herself a minority and go back to her being the 80's pop diva we all love.

3) Strangers in the Night - Frank Sinatra. I love jazz and blues music and I couldn't not put this album on the list. This album is amazing with sings like Downtown and Summer Wind make this album my favourite.

2) Gypsies Tramps and Thieves - Cher. I love Cher because I think she's one of those great iconic divas that still have insane talent and who's music and careers will live on. Literally everyone makes fun of me and one time my friends told me she died as a joke and I nearly cried. I mean Cher is amazing and why it's funny beats me. Anyway this album is actually my favourite (closely followed by Heart of Stone) because I think it just sound so different to her other albums and has my favourite song Fire and Rain. My mum did say it sounded like it belongs in at a funeral but I think that just says more about me.

1) 1989 - Taylor Swift. Before all my fellow swifties jump at me I've been around since the speak now era and I love all her albums I just didn't want this post to be called "reasons why I love Taylor Swift" but I chose this album because it has a song for literally all of my moods and I think they all tell stories. I know it sound stupid but it's such an amazing album and even better after seeing the tour.

So these re my top five albums. Let me know in the comments what your top five albums are and we can share music reccomendations.

Also my friend G (her full name is Georgia if you're fancy) has just started a blog giving you the overview everything political. if you enjoyed my last post you should seriously check her out at https://gonpolitics.wordpress.com/. Trust me it's a good read and she's one to watch.

Ok before we start two things. One, I know I haven't posted in forever but I have been really busy. Two, yes I know this isn't my normal post but I feel that politics is so,etching we should all talk about and get involve sin. We are lucky to have a democracy and there are people that would kill for the chance to vote and we should not take it for granted. I never thought I would see the day I wanted a Clinton to be the leader of the most powerful nation in the world but that happened. How did a man who has cared nothing but himself not even to mention the racial, homophobic and sexist slurs become the president of America. It has made me question the state of the American voters because to me it stemmed the obvious choice. Obviously I am aware that if his idea is stupid (like building a giant wall) then congress will step in but how did this happen. It's like us voting Nigel Farage as PM.

Despite all the racism, homophobia etc. the main thing that makes my blood boil more than anything is that he doesn't believe in climate change. I know it doesn't sound as important as him bragging about sexually assaulting women (which is a really serious issue by the way and I'm not trying to undermine that at all) but how can you as a leader of a nation deny this scientifically proven fact and say you're going to restart the American coal insdustry. To me that is utter stupidity and makes me fear not just for America but for the rest of the world. My main passion is the environment and for a man to say it's fine and nothing's going to happen to me is ludicrous. My main fear is that he backs out of signing the Paris agreement because without Americas signature we will not stop climate change with this agreement. Plain and simple.

So when I was watching is winning speech (hell must of frozen over) he said something along the lines of he was going no to make change for all Americans. Trump has never done anything for anyone else he just does things for himself. He's a businessman who is part of the 1%. I hate to breK it to you but he will only be interested in making money and I don't think he will care about the Americans struggling financially. If he does do something to help those people I will eat my words but at this point in time he has shown me nothing to indicate he will.

I accept there is nothing we can do now ... America you have made your bed and now you have to lie in it. I accept the fact he is a businessman and I'm hoping this will give the chance to make good deals for his country. Let's just hope the sexism, homophobia and racism isn't as much of an issue as we hoped. As well as causing the least amount of damage to the environment as possible. The main good thing is the UK isn't the laughing stock of the world anymore... That crown goes to you America.

What's your thoughts on this election. Even though I'm not Ameican I think it's still important because our relationship with America is very important. I just hope Trump proved everything I just said wring for the sake of his country.

(please don't hate me for this post it's just my opinion)

Hey guys! So I was in BeautyBay (which is a site I would highly recommend) and I saw they had the legendary Morophe 35O palette in stock and I brought it because this thing is like gold dust. I was actually very impressed with the price of £19.50 which I don't think is too bad considering the size and quality of the palette. The first think I noticed was it was very pigmented, espically the glittery colours.... but then again I might just be used to cheap eyeshadow. The other thing I noticed is that the colours were super easy to blend (but maybe that's just my new Morphe vegan brush set) which I thought might be difficult with the bright orange shade but it wasn't to bad. I love the range of colours I mean this palette was made for me it's such a beautiful palette to look at.
at here's defiantly been a lot of hype around this palette on the Internet and everytime I use it or show my friends they're all kind of jealous. So do o think it's worth it? Oh absolutely. I think for what you get the price is incredibly reasonable and it's such a good quality product. I want more of these plates and I can't decide between the 35M or the purple one (please help). I'm so in love with this plate and I don't think my review did the product justice.

Have you guys tried this product? If so do you agree with me? Let me know in the comments below.

I know a few weeks ago I made a post saying why I was terrible blogger and how I was going to get better but my life's just been super stressful full on at the moment. It's getting to the point where I feel like I should rename this blog "my life's a mess" seeing as all I seem to be posting is what's going wrong with my life. So to keep you all up to date, I changed my courses at college (again, surprise) because I just wasn't happy. I was struggling with the exam board because there was a lot of chemistry and  the truth is I'm not chemist. I just scraped an E on my mock (its a linear course) and that was even when my friend from another class told me the questions. I couldn't risk my entire UCAS application so I'm taking world development in a year. I'm finding it so much better than biology but time management isn't my thing. I'm struggling to get my work done at home and I only have three free periods and it's a struggle when all your teachers are setting you essays due in at the same time and your UCAS application is due and your friends are creating unnecessary drama. My stress levels are reaching the max and I'm struggling to meet deadlines but how do I tell this to my teachers. Oh I'm sorry I'm basically incapable of meeting deadlines and actually doing my work. Something tells me their not going to buy it. I told myself I'd get back into blogging but if I cant find the time to do my homework so where am I going to find the time to blog. It's just a frustrating because I see my page views going down which kind of sucks.

Do you guys having any advice juggling blogging with actually having a life?

Hopefully speak to you very soon,
Love Georgie xxx

Ugh, so I was on Bloglovin reading all these amazing blogposts and I couldn't help but to compare my blog ois other people's (I know big maitake but I couldn't help it) and for some strange. reason I felt the urge to write this down and share with the Internet in the hope of athe negativity going away (like that's gonna work). Now, I know I'm never going to have millions of followers and become the next Zoella and I am 110% ok with that but it doesn't mean I want to put everything I have into this blog. Firstly my photos are terrible and most of the time only only use photos when I have to because I don't have a really nice camera and I take my photos of my father old iPad so the quality is a little meh in comparison to others. I also have no idea how to edit photos ... Seriously if you have any tips please let me know. The problem is the picture is the first thing you look at on a blogpost and if it's terrible (or missing) you're going to think that person is lazy or just incredibly stupid and untalented.

Secondly, I don't have the time to post everyday to keep people interested. I'm lucky to post four times a month. I'm an 18 year old girl trying to finish college and get into (hopefully a deccent) uni whilst trying to earn money in a terrible part time job that demands too much of me. It's very difficult juggling everything and you want me to add blogging on top? Mate you are having a laugh. I don't not handle stress well. I actually have a lot of respect for daily blogger who have full time jobs/edu action because it's very difficult to come up with creative ideas and post daily and earn money and learn (hence why it's been about a month since my last post) It's a struggle.

Also with blogging becoming more mainstream, how is it possible to come up with new and creative ideas. I like posting reviews, tags and terrible stories from my life which, let's face it, is not the most new and creative thing out there. So when I see bloggers coming up with really cool and new posts, part of me wants to read the whole thing, follow them and binge read every post, whilst the other part of me wants to slap them for coming up with that idea before me. it sucks having no creativity.

I also find several topics that I would love to talk about that are slightly controversial (and we all know how easily offended everyone is on the internet) and I can't be dealing with those hate comments. I'm actually quite afraid of what people will say so I chicken out of doing it. Do you know how many times I have deleted posts because I don't think people would like to read it/ruin my life with hate comments. ughhhhh why.

Ok so leading onto my last point is that I'm broke. And before you say "you don't need money to be a blogger" let me explain where I'm coming from. Firstly, I can't afford my own URL (hence the crappy blogspot.co.uk) which I feel makes my blog look cheap and unprofessional. In the future I would love to own my URL but it's expensive and someone who plans on going to uni in two years that will probably never happen. There are so may products that I see and I think "oh damn that would be so cool to review" but all the products everyone wants to read about are super expensive which is why all my reviews are mainly drugstore. I earn £6 and hour so I'd have go work five hours to afford a £30 product and before anyone says "that's not many hours" I have to be necessary items such as school books, my phone bill, Netflix ect. so working less than ten hours a week ain't gonna pay for that. No sir.

So I'm not trying to make excuses for my terrible blogging schedule but I just wanted too see if anyone relates to my points. Ugh so much to do and no free time!
Let me know in the comments advice for me or (to make me feel better) the bits of blogging you struggle with.

*contains spoilers*

Heyyyyy guys! Ok so I've never done a TV show review but I thought I'd make an exception because I've never been so excited for a TV show. So anyone that knows me knows that I am a Rupauls Drag Race superfan. I've seen every season at least three times (I have a lot of free time and not a lot of friends) and I was so excited by the line up. So going into this I had pretty much made up my mind that I wanted Katya to win but I was also kind of rooting for Adore and Alaska as well. I knew it was going to be close because all the queens are so good and so talented.

So to start off lets talk about the entrance outfits. I'm just going to say I wasn't really a fan of Detox's look, it was just very meh to me and I think she could of done better. I didn't really like Coco's either because the hat was a huge distraction but I loved the mirror, I think it just shows she has a sense of humour and is making fun of her mistakes. I really like Phi Phi's look because I, a huge comic book nerd and the riddler is on of my favourite DC villains so I was super impressed. And her line linked with character which I loved. I was also a huge fan of Roxxxy's dress because that is something I would totally wear. I think it showed her figure nicely and it was just amazing. I also really liked Katyas outfit because it was a different version of her look from season 7 which I loved and it suited her Russian character very well. I also loved Adore outfit because it was, again something I would wear ( I'm either a gothy punk or super girly .... no inbetween).

So moving in to the main challenge which was the talent show extravaganza. Andddd to make thing more interesting the winner gets eliminate another queen *gasp* which wasn't a huge shock because that was annoyed in the trailer. If you want people to be surpriSed actually surprise them (I know it's a difficult thing to understand). Anyway, first off, I think they were super harsh on Adore. I know they all (with a few exceptions) performed well but I think she deserved to be safe. Her voice is so good and I don't think her outfit was that bad. It reminded me of her black and white look for the advert challenge and she won that challenge. But anyway you can't please everyone, espically Michelle (like I love her but damn girl). I think Phi Phi and Coco deserved to be there because they were defiantly the weakest during the show. Personally, if I was Coco I would of done a fierce lipsync and she probably would of one. So moving on to the top two. I was surprised with Tatiana because (just like Phi Phi and Roxxxy's) I thought she was a bitch in her season and I was so happy when she was elimated and I was actually very surprised she wasn't like that in this season. When they said her talent was spoken word I was like 'well we know who's going' but I was surprised. Did she deserve to be in the top two and not Alaska .... Maybe not. I think that Roxxxy was deserving to win. She looked amazing during the show and she deserved to win that lipsync (which was to my queen Taylor ... omg I died) and I think she was very fair in her choice of elimation. I was very surprised she chose to play fairly and elimate the weakest queen and I did agree with her.... for once. I'm joking. I've been very suprised with Phi Phi and Roxxxy and I actually can't wait to see them being their non comeptive selves.

Are any of you Drag race fans? If so what did you think of the first episode of All Stars 2? Also what was you favourite season (mine was season 6), let me know in the comments.

So, if any of you have read my recent blogposts (If you haven't I don't blame you) you might know that I've hit a slump with blogging recently. It got so bad that a few days ago I was ready to delete my blog and be done with it. I got as far as deleting my twitter account (that's I've reactivated). The problem is I used to read blogs and get inspiration from other bloggers. For example one of my favourite bloggers is Rachel Coco I've watch her become popular (in my eyes) and meet people through her blog. This made me want to be like her in a way and it pushed me to write more and I enjoyed it because I felt like I was part of a community. However, recently I haven't been doing these things and I started to think I was just writing these posts for myself and no one was reading them. In crawled self doubt and I started to think what's the point. If no ones reading my posts why bother. I'm never going to be like Rachel so why bother. I even got as far as deactivating (then reactivating) my twitter account. It took me a few days to realise that all the things I had previously said don't matter. Because the truth is I wanted to become a 'blogger' so badly that I was willing to post about things that didn't interest me and that is what got me down. I was also comparing myself to people and I realise now that I am my own person. I don't care if no ones reading I want to start writing things that I want to share and (in some cases) write about things I can't tell anyone. Things I can't say out loud to get things off my chest. So to all the small and new bloggers out there stop looking at the numbers. If you want o become the next Zoella then that's the wrong reason to start blogging. Don't get me wrong, that would be nice but if you have that attitude you will hate it and you will see blogging as a chore rather than something you love. Trust me. If I have learnt anything from my two years of blogging is that you should write your blog for you and on one else.

So this means I'm keeping my tiny space on the internet. I'm not going to be posting as often but I'm going put more effort in to my posts. This still means I'm going t be posting beauty  reviews because I love to do that (sorry if you hate that).

Have you ever hit a slump with blogging, let me know in the comments.

p.s. Rachel, if your reading this I love you and your content girl and I hope that didn't come off as shadey.

So I'm just going to put this out there, I think exams are stupid. They test your memory rather than your knowledge and understanding of your subject. Unfortunately, much to my beliefs in order to get to uni I have no choice in the matter. So results day was a few days ago and I was freaking out (internally obviously - never let them see you sweat!!) because ,much to my heartbreak, this year has been my backup plan as I didn't really want to fail my first year of college. I mean overall I was much happier with my subject choices and just with life in general but it still would of been nice to have passed with all of my friends. But anyway I thought I'd share my results and feelings because I have a few things to say about them that I maybe can't say out loud. So I got ABC (which is better than DUU which I got last). A in EPQ, B in geography and C in environmental studies. I'm over the moon with EPQ because I worked so hard on that but I was little bit disappointed with the other two. The truth is I had been getting A's in those subjects all year. Don't get me wrong, I could of gotten worse grades but I know that I could of done better. I want to study Environmental at uni so I would want at least a B. I feel like I worked so much harder than a C and to me that's disappointing. \Also completely off this subject, can we make it illegal to brag about your results/uni offers on facebook because when I failed last year that was the hardest part. If I care enough about you to want to know your results... I'll ask. Please don't rub it in because, like I said before, exams aren't a measure of intelligence. There are some people that crumble under the pressure but are super smart and have common sense. You are literally bragging about your memory. Ugh. Anyway, back onto what I was originally talking about, I didn't want to say these things to anyone because I'm happy I passed (finally) but it just sucks that I didn't get my ideal grades. I Ideally need BBB so I'm going to have to work even harder next year.

Were you guys happy with your results, let me know in the comments.

So as an 18 year old stressed out student with anxiety, why does everyone think it's a good idea to ask me if I'm prepared for my results or asking how I did in my exams. I just nod and say that I'm hopeful but  in reality I'm terrified. I know I have to wait about a month to find out if my life is over but I got asked so many questions today and I felt like if I didn't get this off my chest it would build up causing me to explode a lot nearer the time. So for those of you who don't know I failed my last year at college (which I'm not really upset about, who loves maths anyway?) so I restarted and I chose subjects that I enjoy and that I want to study further... Which would make it so much harder if I were to fail because I really want to do well. Its already hard that all of my friends will be leaving and going to uni in less than two months and I don't want to be even more of a failure in their eyes. I mean they probably don't see me in that way but I still worry about it. I've come so far this year not just with the learny stuff but with my confidence and I've actually enjoyed school this year (which is defiantly the opposite of last year) so it would be a hair kick in the teeth to fail ... again. There's also the issue of always being compared to my younger brother. I don't hate him it's just he's very intelligent and I would never be able to live up to him if I fail twice. Ugh I don't even know where this is all coming from but I'm sick and tired of everyone reminding me the importance of three letters that will shape my future. I don't want to be constant reminded of that fact. If you're one of this people PLEASE STOP. It just gets people worked up for no reason and it's stupid. Don't be that person. I think that was what I was trying to say the whole post but I bit off that topics... the story of my life.

ah is are you preparing for results day or do you have any tips to keep this nervous 18 year old wreck some what calm.

so I brought these  rushes about a month ago for about £20 from superdrug and I had very high expectations for these brushes because there is defiantly a lot of hype surrounding this brand. I really love pixiwoo and a lot of people had raveed about these brushed so I finally picked up the essentials set. If I'm being honest I defiantly don't use the brushes for the correct thing but who does. This set contains a bugging brush, a pointed foundation brush (which I don't use for foundation), a co tour brush and a small detail brush. I really love the foundation/buffer brush because it does give your face even coverage. I prefer brushes to sponges because they're so much easier to clean and I've also found that sponges go mouldy very quickly (might just be me) so it cheaper to use brushes. This brush defiantly gives coverage that rivals a sponge because it's not spread your or patchy and I love it. The pointed foundation brush is actually quite small so it would probably work better for conclear but I actually use it for highlighter because it's quite think it's makes it really easy to apply and blend out. However my favourite brush from this set is the contour brush. It makes it really easy to blend out and can make a contour look subtle or like you could cut someone with those cheek bones. Also can we just talk about how cute these brushes are. They are defiantly the best looking brushes I ever seen and they look a lot more professional than the other one so own.

So do I think they are worth the hype or the price? Absolutely 110% these are best brushes I've ever brought and I will defiantly be buyin more from this brand and would 110% reccomend this set.

have you ever tried the real technique brushes? let me know in the comments.

So recently I brought some of the Simple Skincare range for two reasons; A) they were half price in Superdrug B) I heard they were great for sensitive  skin. I also chose this brand because they are cruelty free and the packaging says none of there products are made with animal products (which I think means it's vegan) which makes me super happy. Now, I have really dry sensitive skin so if something doesn't agree with me I'll know about it in a few hours after my face gets itchy and red. I brought the Face Wash, which stops breaks out, and the Toning Cleanser. So the cleansing water minimises pores and to be honest I'm not really sure what it does but it makes my skin look better and it makes my foundation look a lot smoother and easier to apply if I put it on before my makeup. To use it must put a small amount (seriously you don't need a lot) onto a cotton pad and run it onto your face. I use this two a day (in the morning and before I go to bed) and I'm really impressed with the results and I'll definitely be repurchasing. The second I get I brought was the Spotless Skin Face Wash which I've a,ready spoken about in my June favourites video so I'll keep it short. Recently I've been breaking out a little bit so I thought I'd invest in a new face wash and I've been very impressed with this one. within a few day ps I noticed that my skin was starting to clear up. This is definalty my new favourite skin product and I can't go a day without using it. It hasn't upset my skin (which is an absolute miracle) and has cleared it up and I haven't had a break out since. To say I love this brand is an understatement.

Have you tried any of the simple skincare?

Ugh I am literally so happy June is so finally over! No more college and hello summer holidays.  I've actually brought quite a few new products this month which is good for blogging ... not so good for my bank balance (whoops). I reccently had a major breakout so I invested in new skin care and makeup so hopefully I'll have a lot to write about this month. So anyway, here are the things I've been loving in the month of June.

The first thing I've been loving is the Simple Spotless Skin Triplle Action Face Wash. First off, this profit is cruelty free and vegan (that's what it says on the packaging) so defiantly off to a good start. I think it cost me around £2 from Superdrug which is really good value considering you don't need a lot of it which is definakty a good buy. I was also very impressed with how quickly I saw my skin start to clear up. It does say that you should see results from day one but I'm not sure I 100% agree with that but my skin did clear up after a few days and I a, still very happy with the results. It's also something I'm going to continue to buy.

The second thing I've been lovin is the Freedom Fixing Spary. I noticed that during the day my makeup started to smudge since it's getting a but warmer so I thought I'd invest in a fixing spray. this cost. e £5 fro. Superdrug (I know I'm probably their favouite customer) and I was quite impressed considering the price. The one thing I don't like is it doesn't dry matte so if you don't like a dewy finish you do have to apply a bit of power on the top but apart from that I've been quite impressed. I don't lead a very active (or interesting) life so I'm not sure how it would work then but for everyday it's a very good product.

The final Beaut product I've been loving is the MUA Undress Your Skin Highlighter. This cost me £3 from Superdrug and it's actually a gold colour which I didn't notice at first. I have very pale skin so any highlighter I use has to be a very light colour (basically white) and this colour actually come out quite light and is great for my skin tone. You do need to go over the product a few time with the brush but considering I paid so little for it, my arm can survive.

The final thing I've been loving is the unicorn choker from Dunns-Jewels (click here) which is my new favouite Amazon store that sells the best jewellery and choker for such a great price. This one cost me just over £3 which isn't a bad price considering I'd pay more than double that in topshop. I was also really impressed with the delivery and I will defibatly be buying from there again. If you lover chokers then you need to check this store out.

So these are my June favourites. Let me know in the comments what you've been loving this month.

Hey guys, I'm back with another review. I actually brought this product a while ago in super drug and it cost me £4. I didn't really have higher expectations but I brought it because I wanted some matte neutral colours and this had all the colours I wanted. I chose the palette Matte 2 which is just pinks and Browns. I prefer the lighter colours because I think they make good bases and transition colours. I also think some of the darker colours work really well for a smokey eye but they're not the easiest eye shadows to blend but I was expecting that because they're matte and I also found them to be a bit powdery which did cause some fallout in the darker colours but that's easily fixed. I prefer matte eyeshadows so I'm willing to live with it ... even more for the price! I also think that you get a lot of colours for the price ... 12 for £4 isn't bad value so I'm quite happy with this purchase because it did have all the colours I was looking for. so overalls, do it think it's worth it? there's about 4 colours I use in this palette and I would buy it again just for those 4 colours. Because I'm a cheap college student this product is perfect and the drawbacks aren't really that major too me. You could also use this palette for multiple looks. There are some colours to use for a darker night out or paler colours for during the day. I think this is defiantly worth the purchase especially if you're on a budget.

Have you guys ever tried this product or this brand? Let me know in the comments.

Ugh, isn't saying goodbye literally the hardest thing to do. In a matter days I'm going to be saying goodbye to some of closest friends and there's a chance I might never see them again. I'm staying at college to do a third year and all of my friends are going to uni. I mean I have other friends but I'm going to miss my group, I've been through the best and the worst times with them and it's gonna be quite quiet without them. But the problem is that Is that I don't know how to say this to their faces.... knowing me I'll probably give them a punch on the arm and tell them to get lost but that's not what I mean. I didn't actually think I was going to be that upset but I think the fact I should of being leaving this year too makes it even harder... like they're leaving me behind which sucks even more. In September everything going to change because I won't have the people that I have relied on so heavily  for the last few years and in some cases my whole life... it's going to be a huge change but the problem is I don't want to make that change. I guess I'm going to have to make this summer count and enjoy every bit of it because I'm not going to have any moments like that for or long time or maybe ever. I don't think I want to say goodbye to my friends.

Sorry for making that depressing but I needed to get it off my chest or I might explode. I promise I have a review coming soon so look out for that.

Hey guys! So May was a bit of a manic month for me with my exams but it's over and I'm hoping that I can get my priorities sorted after that drama of a month. Taking the photos and starting to write this post got me excited about blogging again and I can't wait to get back into it. So anyway, I thought I'd come back after all this time with my top three beauty favourites from May.

1. MAKEUP REVOLUTION PALETTE. This is the mattes 2 palette which I've been loving so much recently. I'm going to do a full review on this later this month but I'm really impressed escpially as its so affordable and has such a great range of colours.

2. JEFFREE STAR LIPSTICK. I did a review on this recently (click here) so I'm going to keep it short. This is in the shade Redrum and is literally the best lipstick I've ever tried and its cruelty free and vegan. The staying power is amazing and I can't wait to get more.

3. BARRY M BLACK MATTE POLISH. Ok so I love things tags are black and matte... Trust me I struggle in summer. This is he best affordable black nail polish I can find. The matte effect does wear off after a few days but it's such an intense black that I can forgive this and it's less than £3 so you can't really go  wrong.

What products have you been loving this month? Let me know in the comments.

Hey guys. I feel like it's been a long time since I've done a review and I'm excited to get back into reviews. Ok so I was super excited when I ordered this product. Like I was jumping up and down when the post,an handed me the box. This is defiantly one of those products that the Internet made me buy but id heard amazing reviews so I was prepared to pay £14 which basically never happens (because I'm a cheap student who makes sandwiches for money) the first thing I noticed when buyin this was how damn popular it was! I really wanted 'Unicorn Blood' but apparently that's the most popular shade so I settled for 'Redrum' which is a brighter red but I still very much my colour.

So the first thing I noticed was how easy it was to apply. It went in effortlessly and the mans was so easy to use. Literally a child could of applied that perfectly. The second thing was how pig, ended it was. So j watched Jeffree's videos before buying this and when he says a
Title goes a long way ... He's not joking. This is defjntaky the most pigmented lipsticks I've ever tried. I wore this lipstick all day and ate two meals and this lipstick did not come off. I was surprised because I find matte lipsticks tend to crack or flake a bit but this one didn't. It was also very light weight ... Which is unusual for a lipstick with that much pigment but it dried quickly and it felt like there was nothing in my lips.

So overall, is it worth the hype and money? Yeah ... Oh yeah. I love this lipstick, so much I'm planning on fighting everyone for unicorn blood and getting the black shade Weirdo'. Would I reccomend you get this? If you can afford it get it. I promise you you'll love it.

Hey guys! Long time no see right? So for the last month or so I made change in my life which have wanted to make for a while but finally made it. So I became vegetarian which I didn't think was a big deal but apparently it was. So I thought I'd answer some the dumb questions I get asked so I can just link these to my dumb friends instead of saying the same thing over again.

So how do you get protein?
Chickpeas, peanut butter, nuts, seeds (pumpkin, chia etc.), quinoa kale, tofu and more.

Do you eat fish?
No ... That would make me pescetarian fool.

Don't you miss bacon?
Yeah, I miss eating a dead pig ... Not to mention that bacon is one of the fattiest meats which has also been linked to cancer. Yeah, I miss that.

So when are you gonna stop eating rabbit food?
Hopefully never.

Why are you doing this?
Because I care about the planet and everything on it.

But meat tastes great.
Actually I prefer the taste of Quorn more than actual meat and tbh I always have.

Aren't you being inconvenient for you family?
No, I'm not forcing my views down anyone else throat and I'm not being harsh about it. So I would't say I'm being inconvenient ... Considering it's a bigger inconvenient to animals #justsaying.

So those are some of my favourites. I feel like red reading this it was a little bit harsh but I'm just get a bit annoyed at the judgement. For the record diet and exercise is you're choice. It's up to you its just that in my opinion this is better for me and the environment but it is up to you so please don't kill me.

Hey guys. So my bedroom is an absolute mess. I'm not even sure what colour my carpet is anymore. Besides all that, there are still a few things I have that I couldn't part with or damage because they mean quite a lot to me. You're probably looking at the photos and thinking they look really stupid so I thought I'd explain why I love them.

So the fi St one is my 18th birthday glass that my friend got for me and it just reminds me of the fun I had on my birthday. I didn't really do anything that exciting or special but it's just a great memory because .... Well it was my 18th and I spent it with my closest friends and family and to me that's prettyyy special.

The second one is the lavender doll key ring I have. So when my great grandma died I went with my mum to her flat. I was like 6 or 7 and I spent the evening with my nan and she gave me this key ring that was always sitti on the coffee table since ... Forever. So even though it looks super childish it's pretty special to me.

So the last thing is this cute butterfly necklace in this jewelled dragonfly case. So my Auntie gave me this necklace at the reception of her wedding for being her bridesmaid. Even now it's one of my favourite pieces of jewellery because my Aunites always kind of been one of my favourite people in the world.

Do you have anything in your room you couldn't part with?

I've been having a bit of a mare at the moment. I've been trying to juggle having a job, preparing for exams and also trying to have a life. I mean do teachers realise I don't have time to sit and do hours of homework that is of no help to me. So as a result blogging has taken a backseat in my life as you can probably tell as my online activity has been pretty much non existent. I want to get back into blogging but I feel like at the moment I have to make time for it making it feel like it's something I have to do rather than something I love to do (if that makes sense) I'm going to have more time coming up soon after exams and everything so I'm  going to start planning blog posts I actually want to write and maybe buy some products I've been dying to try with the purpose of reviewing them. I'm super excited to start writing again and to start writing things I love.

Beauty Advice To My Younger Self

Hey guys! So I've made some seriously cringe worthy makeup disasters (as well as some major fashion one) and I thought I'd share them with you guys to major move on and laugh about my regrettable life choices ... Publically on the internet. Now I'm 18 so I'm still kind of young so when I say advice to my younger self, I mean the 11 or 12 year old me who thought she looked great by wearing makeup from those ridiculous children's makeup sets (we all know the owns I'm talking about). So here are my top three beauty mistakes of my childhood.

1. Bright coloured eyeshadow.
I have seen some people who can pull off bright eyeshadow and look amazing ... but not when your 11, have bright green (which is not my colour btw) up to your eyebrow and fallout everywhere to the point that it looks like you have a green bruise under your eye. Never a good look. Ever.

2. Over generous with the bronzer.
Ok, so as a child I was unaware that bronzer was used to contour the face and decided to use it to make me look more tanned. Please, never do that. I thought I had a summer glow but instead I looked like a shimmery ompa lumpa that had had too much fun with a makeup brush.

3. Too much lipstick.
So when I got my first lipstick (which was a purple colour) I didn't really know was that less if better when it comes to lipstick. I mean I looked like I'd eaten some sort of purple icing and forgot to wipe it off my face because lets be real, there was more lipstick on my face than my lips.

So there are my top three mistakes of my childhood. I could write more for you guys but my sanity couldn't take anymore. I was cringing so much writing this because I looked awful. I mean I feel like my mother should of known better than to let me look like that.

What's your worst beauty mistake when you were younger? I feel like we should be embarrassed and laugh about this together in the comments.

Hey guys! So recently I ordered some new makeup from Superdrug (yes I am aware all the products are all MUA)  and thought I'd do a little superdrug haul and why I chose to buy these products. I also thought I'd try out these products for about a week and see if they lived up to my expectations. So I was originally only going to buy a foundation but I wanted free home delivery (because I'm obviously to lazy to leave my house) and ended up with about £11 worth of make up. I did however get the lip balm and lip brush for free but for the price I payed I was quite happy (I mean considering 5 products was £4 cheaper than one MAC lipstick). So to you nosey people of the Internet, here's what I brought.

So the first thing I brought was the Matte Perfection Foundation and I think this cost me £4. I chose this because I really needed a new foundation and thought it was a good buy and for £4 it didn't bother me  if I didn't like it. The next thing I brought was the Power Brow eyebrow and highlighter pencil which cost me £3. I brought this because I'm going away and didn't want to carry around my brow palette and well as my one for eyeshadow and if I didn't like it, I'd have a new eyeliner. I also brought the Pro-Base Concealer palette which was £3.50. I'd just ran out of concealer and liked the fact it came with different shades and thought it looked like a good buy. The next thing I brought was the Extreme Curl mascara which, I'm not gonna lie, I brought for £2 so I could get the free home delivery. I also got the lip duo which includes a lip brush and lip balm for free which was actually really handy because I'd just ran out of my favourite lip balm.

Have you guys tried any of these products? If so let me know in the comments below.

So as you may be able to tell, I've been loving the Collection products at the moment and this lipstick is no exception. So I've been looking for an alternative red matte lipstick to my favourite L'Oreal lipstick because I don't really want bunny blood on my face and I picked this one up for £2.99 until I could find a better replacement.  The range of these lipsticks has 16 gloss shades and 6 matte shade and of course, I chose the red matte shade. Obviously, for under £3 it isn't the most long wearing lipstick but if you re apply it after food you'll be fine. However, it definrLy makes up for that in colour. The colour is bold and there's such a large range of colours there's one for everyone (I'm really tempted to get the chocolate brown because Kylie looks AMAZING in dark brown lips). It's also really easy to apply and the colour is really similar to Blakes Red by L'Oreal so I would reccomed it to anyone looking for a cruelty free matte lip, espically if your on a budget. I think I'm going to buy more from this range because it's so affordable to test what colours look good with my skin tone, seeing as I'm basically a vampire. This way I don't hAve to spend a fortune on unusual colours.

Have you tried any lipsticks from this range? Let me know in the comments.

Hey guys! So I've been loving the collection products recently and I saw this and thought it looked good for the £3.99 I paid for it. I wanted a matte bronzer seeing all all of mine are glittery. Don't get me wrong, that looks great in the summer but not when you're trying to use it for contouring. I also thought this highlighter looked really good as well because the one I currently own isn't very pigmented so you need to use a lot so I decided to pick this up. The first thing that I thought when I used this product is you don't actually need a huge amount of it. Now I'm really pale so a small amount of the bronzer makes my cheekbones stand out. If your skin is darker you will need a bit more but a little goes a long way. I also really liked the fact it was matte because I'm not really a big fan of super glittery bronzers so I would definitely chose this over a normal glittery one. However, I was definitely more impressed with the highlighter. I can't really explain why I like it but I just makes your face looks so much brighter which is quite a big contrast to the bronzer giving you that contoured look. It's fefinakty a lot quicker than using a dream contour kit and this doesn't really need blending and takes a few sweeps of a brush. I would defiantly repurchase this and reccomend it.

What's you favourite contour products? Let me know in the comments below.

Hey guys! This is my first favourites post of 2016 and I'm actually super excited because January has defiantly been a stressful month for me. My EPQ is due at the end of the month, I've had mocks, I've booked my theory test and SO MUCH HOMEWORK! So enough about me, because this monthly favourites have definitely been difficult to chose. Ever since my last post I haven't done a huge amount of buying makeup mainly because I don't want to review so,etching and then seem like a hypocrite because it actually quite difficult to see if a brand is cruelty free (,a inky because they have great PR teams) so I've put off buying makeup recently. Let me know in the comments which cruelty free makeup brand is your favouite because that would be really helpful. So anyway, on with my favourites.

So my first product I've been loving this month is the MUA Eye Shadow Pallete in Heaven and Earth. So I got this for Christmas and I love it. I'm not very adventurous when it come to makeup. I like brown eyeshadow so and red lipstick. That's my look and I never change it so this Pallete works well for me. The colours are actually quite pigmented for the price (which is £4 by the way) and there are chucks of glitter which looks amazing. My favourite colour is the gold because it super sparkly and looks bright and more interesting than the browns. The white colour works really well as a highlighter for the brow bone and the inner eye because it's so sparkly.

My second product is the Collection Cover Stick. I bright this for £1 because I'd ran out of concealer and I was expecting it to not be great but I was actually quite impressed. It's not the best concealer but the lightest shade works quite well as a highlighter. I out it over my concealer and it just makes my eyes and cheeks look a lot brighter and is really easy to blend.

The third product I've been loving is the Collection Primed And Ready Primer. Ok so I was really excited when I saw collection was bringing out a new primer range so I hauled my ass over to superdrug as soon as could to get my hands on one and it was amazing value at £3.99. The first thing I noticed was it felt a lot like the Benefit Porefesional when you first put it on (even though this product was clear) which I thought was defiantly a positive thing. It makes your foundation so much smoother (I know that's not the right word but I can't think of a better one) and makes the product last longer. I'm not going to say anymore because I'm thinking of doing a full review in this product so watch this space.

So these are my January favourites. What products have you been loving this month?

Hey guys! So I've been meaning to post this for a while but I wanted to do my research because I didn't want to offend anyone or give the wrong information. So my New Years resolution is to only buy cruelty free cosmetics. I actually thought testing on animals for cosmetics didn't exist any more but I was watching an Emma Blackery video on beauty products and it actually surprised me it still exists. After doing my research, I learnt that any brand that sells in China by law is required to test on animals. It actually shocked me a little bit because it's completely unnecessary to test on animals considering the human body is completely different to the body of a bunny rabbit. It's actually quite a shame that brands such as L'Oreal and MAC sell in China because they would make more than enough money without having to sell in China. So from now on, all my makeup will not be tested on animals. This means I'm going to be buying from brand like Collection, GOSH and Too Faced and others. After doing my research. I actually have a list on my phone of which brands I can buy from so when I go into shops I can buy from the brands on my phone. I also will try not to buy from brands who's parent company's test on animals. This includes the Body Shop, Miss Sporty and Benefit because I don't want to be giving my money to a company that does something complete unnecessary and cruel.

So what's your opinion on only buying cruelty free products? Do you only buy cruelty free, if so let me know which brands are you're favourite in the comments.

I've decided that I'M BRINGING TOP FIVE BACK! I feel like this is one of my favourite things to do as I've done so many of them. Its just a way for me to show you guys what I love and things I. Really exited for. So I was at boots the other day and I was thinking about all the makeup products I would love to try. The one thing you should know about me is I'm very stingy so I don't want to sled a huge amount of money on makeup (even though I own a lot of it) which is mainly why I never buy high end. I mean these products I are a bit pricy for me to buy on a regular basis (considering I'm a student and have the crappiest job) but I would love to try them. I'd also love to know if you've tried any of these products and do they live up to the hype I've heard about.

1. Rimmel London Provocalips
2. Real Techniques Brushes
3. Urban Decay Naked Palette
4. Bourjois Velvet Rouge Edition
5. Maybelline The Falsies Mascara

What products would you guys like to try? Let me know in the comments.

This is my favourite photo that I've taken for a blogpost this year and for someone who doesn't know anything about photography, I think it's white impressive.

I also had to mention that last April was the first birthday of my blog which I'm super proud of.
